related services, tools, resources, and information provided by CreditFoxy (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Pol-

CreditFoxy provides information, resources, and referrals related to:

• Personal credit repair and credit improvement services

• Business credit building services (including through third-party partners such as Credit Suite)

• Business funding and capital assistance (including through third-party partners such as National

Business Capital)

• Tradeline services

• Mortgage note buying and selling resources, including downloadable forms and templates (such

as Letters of Intent, Note Broker Agreements, and Assignment Agreements)

• One-on-one consultations and appointments with specialists

• Educational content and resources related to credit, financing, and real estate transactions

CreditFoxy may act as a referral source, marketplace, information provider, or direct service provider

depending on the specific service. Many services are provided by third-party partners, and your use

of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those third parties.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under ap-

plicable law to use the Site or Services. By using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that

you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account or provide personal informa-

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate CreditFoxy, a CreditFoxy employee, another user, or any

other person or entity

• Use the Services to engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5.2 Commercial Use

You may not use the Site or Services for any commercial purpose without our express written con-

sent, including but not limited to reselling, redistributing, or creating derivative works from our con-

tent or Services.

6. CREDIT REPAIR AND FINANCIAL SERVICES DISCLAIMERS

6.1 No Guaranteed Results

CREDITFOXY DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS, OUTCOMES, OR CREDIT SCORE

IMPROVEMENTS. Results depend on your individual credit profile, credit history, the accuracy of in-formation reported, responses from creditors and credit bureaus, and numerous other factors beyond

our control.

Credit repair and credit improvement timelines vary. We cannot and do not guarantee:

• Specific credit score increases

• Removal of any specific items from your credit report

• Approval for credit, loans, or financing

• Specific timelines for changes to your credit report or score

6.2 No Removal of Accurate Information

We do not promise or guarantee the removal of accurate, verifiable, or timely reported information

from your credit reports. Credit-related services may include disputing information that may be inac-

curate, incomplete, or unverifiable, and providing education and assistance with the credit dispute

process.

6.3 Not a Credit Bureau; No Credit Reporting

CreditFoxy is not a consumer reporting agency or credit bureau, and we do not provide "credit

scores" or "credit reports" as those terms are used under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"). We

do not control what any credit bureau, creditor, or data furnisher reports, and we do not have the

ability to force a bureau or creditor to change accurate information.

6.4 Testimonials and Case Studies

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of results presented on the Site reflect individual experi-

ences and are not representative of typical results. Your results may differ based on your unique cir-

cumstances.

7. BUSINESS FUNDING AND FINANCING DISCLAIMERS

7.1 No Approval Guarantees

Business funding, loans, and financing opportunities facilitated or referenced through CreditFoxy are

subject to approval by third-party lenders, funders, or underwriters. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AP-

PROVAL FOR ANY FINANCING, CREDIT PRODUCTS, OR FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES.

Approval, terms, rates, fees, and funding amounts are determined solely by third-party providers

based on their underwriting criteria and eligibility requirements.

7.2 Not a Lender; No Credit Decisioning

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by CreditFoxy, CreditFoxy is not a lender, bank, credit is-

suer, or funding source. We do not make credit decisions. We may act as a referral service, market-

place, or information provider connecting you with third-party financial service providers. Any finan-

cial products or services you obtain through third-party providers are subject to their own terms, con-

ditions, fees, and disclosures.7.3 Rates and Terms Vary

Any rates, terms, fees, or funding amounts displayed on the Site are examples only and may not re-

flect the actual terms you may receive. All terms are subject to change and are determined by third-

party providers.

8. REAL ESTATE FORMS AND TEMPLATES

The Site may provide access to downloadable forms, templates, and documents related to mortgage

note buying, selling, and brokering, including but not limited to:

• Letters of Intent (LOI)

• Note Broker Agreements

• Assignment Agreements

CreditFoxy in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at

12.4 Opting Out

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• For SMS: Replying "STOP" to any text message

• For email: Clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us

• For phone calls: Requesting to be placed on our Do Not Call list

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

"CreditFoxy" and other CreditFoxy logos and product/service names are trademarks of CreditFoxy.

13.5 DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice request-

ing that the content be removed or access disabled. Your notice should include: (a) a physical or elec-

tronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent); (b) identification of the copyrighted

work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material and its location on the Site; (d)

your contact information (address, telephone number, and email); (e) a statement that you have a

good faith belief the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the in-

formation in the notice is accurate and you are the owner (or authorized to act on the owner's be-

half).

14. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By submitting User Content, you grant CreditFoxy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual,

irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative

works from, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Site, Services, and our

business operations.

14.2 Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content

• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

• Your User Content is accurate and not misleading

14.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit User Content that:

• Is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent

CREDITFOXY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIM-

ITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND

NON-INFRINGEMENT

• WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SE-

CURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS

• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS

OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION

• WARRANTIES THAT ANY RESULTS, OUTCOMES, OR BENEFITS WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH

EVEN IF CREDITFOXY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CREDITFOXY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS

ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE OR SERVICES EXCEED THE

GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CREDITFOXY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRE-

CEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so some

of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limit-

ed to
