Program Description (What You’re Signing Up For)

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from CreditFoxy that may in-

clude:

• Appointment reminders (including confirmations and follow-ups)

• Service updates (status updates related to credit repair, business credit building, funding assis-

tance, or related inquiries you requested)

• Promotions and marketing offers (including special deals and announcements)

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or prerecorded/artificial

voice technology, where permitted by law.

How to Opt In (Consent)

You can opt in to receive texts from CreditFoxy by taking one or more of the following actions (de-

pending on where you sign up):

• Entering your mobile number on our website or a web form and checking the SMS consent

checkbox

• Requesting information or an appointment and agreeing to receive texts as part of that request

• Any other method where we clearly disclose that you are agreeing to receive SMS/MMS messages

from CreditFoxy

No purchase required. Your consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you request. You can

expect up to 10 messages per month, but you may receive more during active appointment sched-

uling, service updates, or promotional campaigns.

Costs / Msg & Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. CreditFoxy does not charge you for SMS/MMS, but your carrier may

charge for messages and data. Check your plan for details.

Supported Carriers + Carrier Disclaimers

Our SMS program is intended to work with most major U.S. carriers; however, supported carriers

may change without notice.Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your

carrier’s network and available coverage.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can stop receiving texts at any time by texting STOP to the number you received messages from.

After you text STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation text, and then you will no longer receive

messages unless you opt in again. (If you want back in later, follow the opt-in method you used origi-

nally.)

We may share your information with vendors that help us deliver messages and operate our program.

Service Provider (Twilio)

CreditFoxy uses Twilio as a service provider to send and receive SMS/MMS messages. Twilio may

process your phone number and message content on our behalf solely to provide messaging ser-

vices.

Eligibility / Age

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live) and located in the United

States to participate.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update or discontinue this SMS program at any time. Changes become effective when post-

ed. Your continued participation after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Arbitration / Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these SMS terms are subject to the arbitration and dispute resolution pro-

visions in CreditFoxy’s Terms of Service (as applicable), available at https://creditfoxy.com/terms,

which are incorporated by reference.Recordkeeping / Proof of Consent

We may maintain records of your opt-in, opt-out, and messaging activity (including date/time, phone

number, and the method of consent) to help demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and to ad-

minister the SMS program.
