You can ask us to stop marketing calls at any time.

C. Call Recording Disclosure

Calls with CreditFoxy may be recorded and/or monitored for quality assurance, training, and compli-

ance. Where required by law, we will provide a notice at the start of the call. By continuing the call af-

ter any notice, you consent to recording and monitoring.

D. Email Delivery (SendGrid)

We use SendGrid to deliver emails (for example, verification emails, service updates, and newsletters if

you sign up). Email may include tracking (like open and click tracking) depending on your settings

and the email service.5. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies (like pixels and SDKs) to operate our Site, remember prefer-

may be considered "sharing" under California law.
